Cycling sessions continue this Sunday barring unexpected weather like last week. Meeting at the ususal place on Haven road outside AS waterports opposite the climbing centre at 8:45 for a 9 o clock departure covering 40 to 50 miles aiming to get back for 12. Bring enough spares and dress appropriately it will be cold. This is an informal non coached session.
