Sunday cycling back this week meeting at the usual place outside AS waterspors opposite the climbing centre on Haven Road at 8:45 for a 9 o'clock start to be back at around 12. Bring enough spares fluid and food. We will cover between 40 - 5o miles.

There will be no sunday cycling next week because of the aquathlon
