Week 1 (w/c 4 Nov)

Rotation - KOS drills (Kick on Side)

This week we will be working on aligning the body.
Making sure we are HORIZONTAL in the water, STREAMLINED and ROTATING around our horizontal (long) axis.

Full details can be found at:, which tells you all you need to know, but were afraid to ask!

Remember your FINS (plus pullbuoy and kickboard for the warm up).
