Week 3 (w/c 18 Nov) 

Catch and Pull Drills - Doggy Paddle; Scull #1; Scull #2.

This week we will be working to improve our 'feel' for the water, and improving our catch and pull, as well as keeping a high elbow throughout the stroke.
