Cycle 1 - Weeks 4, 5 and 6

Over the next 3 weeks we will be repeating all our drills from Weeks 1-3:

Starting with:

Wk 4 - Rotation
Wk 5 - Recovery, and finally
Wk 6 - Catch and Pull Drills

then we will put them all together in the weeks leading up til Christmas santa - plus add in a few additional drills to keep you on your toes!

Talking of Christmas rendeer ... last training session will be Monday 23rd December; NO swimming on Thursday 26th December. Back to normal w/c 30 December.

From Monday 6th January we will commence Training Cycle 2, when you will need to bring a nice big, baggy, cotton (heavy!) t-shirt to wear whilst swimming etc. If anyone has a yoga mat, this will be useful as well. Newbies: don't worry, all will soon be revealed! Twisted Evil
