Swim Sessions - Cycle 2 (Jan-Mar)

We are now 1 week in to Cycle 2 of our Annual Training Plan, and we are working on building strength and maintaining technique by including some land work within our swim set. 

We are including the Swim Smooth drills in the warm up, then putting on t-shirts for the main and technique sets to add resistance and help build strength.

This training cycle lasts for 8 or 9 weeks.
