Thursday Evening Ride (8th Apr)

It was warm.
It was sunny.
And we had six people out for a 16 mile interval/fartleck session around Woodbury.
So if you are fast, you can do a good session and by doubling back like Tom, or stopping and chatting like James and Lucy (upstart runner on a bike from South West Road Runners). If you are more sedate, then the regroups allow you to remain riding in the group for most of the evening.

Cheers Dave, the ride was pretty awesome. Good to have so many coming out. We got a good distance done (25miles +) and the weather was kind. Throughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone.
