Hi Guys

Now my shoulder has fully recovered I am back doing Sports Massage. Special discounted rates for Exe Tri and SWRR . For basic 40 min on legs I charge £15. If you have a specific problem let me know in advance and I can tailor treatment to suit. I am ITEC qualified, much of the course is centered around injury and rehab so I may be able to assist with advice to keep you in training and racing mode!! The flexibility and suppleness of your muscles are a major contributor to keeping you going. You should think of it like your bike, unless its gets some regular maintainance it will break down !!

I live in Topsham just outside Exeter but can travel to home addresses if required but would need to add a small amount for fuel costs.
