Friday Track Sessions (In March)

Due to the Exeter Arena being closed for the whole of March - there will be no track session on Fridays throughout the month of March.

This Friday (4th) there will be no coached session to replace the track session. Though it is likely there will be something organised for the other Fridays in March.

Some runners will be meeting at the Arena anyway by doing their own thing on the road / footpaths, whilst some of the faster runners will be doing interval runs down by the quayside.

Please keep an eye out for posts within this thread over the coming weeks, in case a coached session is organised.

Paul, I wont be going to the quay now, but will be at the Arena at the normal time to go for a run.
As there is no coached session, runners can still turn up (and run on road/fields/footpath etc) with others that run at a similar pace.
