UK Ironman 70.3 Bike ride

Just a thought; I'm off up Wimbleball this Sat for a toodle around the course (just to remind my legs) only doing one circuit and maybe a short run after. I cann't give a ride up there as bike & wife will be passengers. Intend setting of from car park at lake entrance around 10am. Kay (wife) is going for a run around the vennue whilst I'm taking in the course, so if anybody does come they could bring the other 'alf and keep her/him! amused for a little while whilst we go forth into the Exmoor country side!
Kay is not a fast runner (around 6mph) but does keep going. So most anybody would be ok with her. I think!

I'm going to do 2 laps and a 30 minutes run at my pace (slow!) on Wednesday 27th. If anyone is around and wants a steady ride or would like to drag me around and stop me drifting off into plodding mode let me know.
