Hospiscare One-mile Swim, 24 Sept 2011

Hospiscare's third annual one-mile swim will soon be upon us. Still time to enter: www.onemileswim.co.uk. They are also looking for kayakers, so if you don't fancy swimming, maybe you could help out with safety cover instead?

'We are looking for kayakers to help at our One Mile Swim on Saturday 24th September! If you or anyone you know can help we could love to hear from you. Free camping at Roadford and brekkie and lunch for all of our lovely kayakers.

Well done to all Exeter Tri Club members who took part in today's Hospiscare One-mile-swim. Fantastic event, great atmosphere!

Big congrats to Klara Kjellgren for finishing second female - even after having a panic attack at the start and almost quitting! Well done, Klara, you did great!
