Robs Birthday bash

Hi All

I am planning a 21st Birthday bash on the 12/8/12 and would like to open it up to Tri club members, I am hoping to sea swim at Budleigh then breakfast, cycle via Exmouth to Exeter along cycle path, kayak along canal then run to Powderham for coffee and cake then back on bikes to Haldon then drop down to my house at Dunchideock for a BBQ. I am in need of about 50 kayaks and help with transporting people and bikes around.
Can anyone help with this ? as its a special birthday I have a budget but would like people to bring food and drink to BBQ.

I would like to get this sorted so if you could let me know asp I would be greatful
