an AGM that has drinks and snacks!

"Hello everyone. We are holding our Annual General Meeting on Friday 5th February at 7.30pm at Chris Eccles' office, St James Court, South Street, Exeter. It would be good to see as many members as possible. We will chat about what we achieved last year and what we would like to do in the coming year. We will also deal with the election of officers. Please see last year's minutes for full details of all positions. We are also looking for people to help on the committee in a more general way. We will be providing drinks & snacks. Can you please contact Sue Scott if you have any questions and to confirm you are coming for catering purposes. If you are unable to attend we would still be pleased to hear from you with any ideas you may have."
