Hi..
Off to do the windsor sprint on sunday. Just found out im in the first wave setting off at 6am ( yawn ) Its my first time there so hopefully will enjoy it :-)
Anyone else taking part ???

Brilliant event and day.
Nearly had abit of glory for the Tri club. I came 4th out of 75, missing 3rd by 14 secs ( 2nd by 21 secs ) in the 40 - 44 age group and overall, 19th out of 312. cant believe it after all the worries n nerves.
6am start took abit of getting used to thou.....
