Hi Guys

I have recently had a Functional Movement Analysis with Dr Andrew Middlebrook of Exercise Science Consulting. It was a real eye opener which provided information about how your body moves and which muscles may be weak or over-activate.

After the Analysis I recieved a Corrective Strength and Conditioning programme to sort out my Muscle imbalances that were highlighted and as a result decrease chance of injury and increase performance.

A Great service, I highly recommend Andy and his team.

Exercise Science Consulting Empty What was the cost?

I've just looked at their website and surprise surprise, no hint of the costs involved.

How much did the procedure cost and what time was involved please?
