GLOBAL triathlon - Dan Martin

Just thought some of you would be interested in knowing about & following the progress of Dan Martin, who is soon to set off on his Global Triathlon...
He is attempting to swim the Atlantic from New York to Brest, France - a gruelling 5700km; cycle Eurasia to the Bering Strait; trek across Alaska & then run America back to New York completing a man powered circumnavigation of the globe, finishing with the New York Marathon in November 2013!
He was originally due to set off in May 2010 but had to postpone the trip due to a lack of a major sponsor, he's now all set to go on May 6th.

p.s. He's following the rules for swimming the English channel - that is no wetsuit! No shark cage!
