Tri club's newest member!

For anyone who has been charting the growth of Jen's bump at Middlemoor swimming, I am very happy to report that the bump has now tured into Freya Alice Amesbury! Jen was thinking about coming to swimming last Thursday at 10 days overdue, but we weren't sure if Rob's heart would be up to it! It was a 48 hour labour, so there's no doubt all the tri training would have helped with the amazing strength and endurance Jen showed throughout. If all's well Freya will be watching her first tri on Sunday at Roadford!

Many congratulations Matt and Jenny! That's fantastic news! Have been thinking about you over the last 2 wks. So glad Freya is finally here! 48 hrs? Wow! Imagine what it would have been like if Jen hadn't continued training?! Well done to you both, and I look forward to meeting Freya soon.
