Sunday Cycling 6th October

Sunday cycling back this week meeting at the usual place, outside AS watersports on Haven Road, opposite the climbing centre. Meeting at 9 o clock covering between 40-50 miles getting back by 12. Please bring enough spares, food and fluids, this is a non coached informal session.

I might join you for an hour but only have time for 2ish hours, need to be home by 11.30 at latest. Where are you going?

Thanks for that Rob, sorry I had to rush off, women's road race meeting at 12.30 near Westpoint. Good ride, 38.5 miles at 15.7 average if you're interested, which was exactly what I needed to do. Must work on those hills!
