Next week 17th December 2013 is the last session of the year (the following weeks being Christmas Eve and New Years Eve). We will round up all that has been done on technique ready for the new training cycle which starts om the 7th January 2014. These sessions will follow the same pattern as Middlemoor so please bring the correct size T shirt (none that would normally be too small and no technicals). The times are the same 8:30-9:30
