Just spotted the Twix bars taped to one of the bikes! Not the first thing that would have come to mind when planning race day nutrition in 28 degree heat

Wimbleball bikes Empty twix fuel

I used twix bars on the bike leg of the ironman last year and wouldn't recommend it. I felt pretty sick about 3 hours in and couldn't face a twix for about 6 months after the race. Maybe Yorkie bars next time.....
