Wimbleball Bike Ride - Bank Holiday Monday

A few of us are driving over to Wimbleball Lake to cycle the Ironman 70.3 UK bike course on BH Monday.

If you are doing Ironman 70.3 UK in 2011 or thinking of doing it in 2012, or just want to come for a sociable bike ride and want to know what it would be like, then this will be a good opportunity to try the bike course out with people who have completed the race before.

The weather forecast at the time of writing for this Bank Holiday is good, so no excuses!

Meet at Wimbleball Lake Car Park / Cafe at 10am.

We will be doing just one lap approximately 30 miles (though if you wish, you can also do the whole 56 miles!)...we can all then meet back up at the cafe for lunch/tea/coffee/cake when finished.

This will not be a coached session, just a social ride. Back in plenty of time before the Teignmouth Sea Swim and BBQ.
