Sea swim bank holiday monday

Meet Budleigh Salterton on the beach in front of the car park. Wetsuit, hat and lots of warm things! 10 am Bank holiday monday (7th may).

Please note: This is NOT a coached session. You swim at own risk. And it WILL be cold! So boots/gloves/hats, not forgetting wetsuit, strongly recommended! Coloured hat goes without saying - so we can spot you drifting out to France!

As Simon says, bring warm clothes for afterwards, hot drink, hot water bottle!

Simon, meeting on beach in front of car park - guessing that's exactly where you mean, and not where we usually meet (in front of toilets)?

Morning Simon,

Well I'm up early and wide awake, but it's wet and miserable out and swimming in the ice-cold sea at Budleigh is not appealing to me at the moment! My training plan says 'Rest day - walking and stretching' and both can be covered by decorating the kitchen! I think I may have to stick to my training plan today. Sorry. Another time.
