Just to let everyone know that tonight there is a change to the programmed session, and we will be doing CIRCUITS, rather than the Turbo session.
If you haven't tried these sessions yet, come along and have some fun! Exeter College, 6.30-8pm, £1.50. Check the website under TRAINING for further details of venue and programme/dates.

Change of plan to the schedule on the Training Session page in December.
This Tuesday (7th Dec) will be a Turbo Run not Circuits as advertised.
