Thursday Evening Cycle Training

If you want to improve your bike handling skills, practice tight cornering, dead turns, or just want a hard ride, then you should come to these sessions. There are probably only four left befoere the clocks go back.
Meet either behind Liucombe House, County Hall for a 6.00 p.m. start, or on Kestel way in the Sowton Industrial Estate for 6.10 p.m.

We normaly do 5 of the two mile circuits, with a recovey between either single or double circuits. So there is time to ride and get yourself up to Middlemoor for the swim session afterwards.

Once the clocks change, then we will disappear out on the open roads.

For a change I was there at County Hall but you weren't. Or did I miss something after the ride on Sunday. I was a bit shattered!

You should have just come out to Sowton anyway, Jan.

Three of us (not Dave) went straight out there without going to County Hall first.

Sorry folks, we couldn't make last Thursday's bike ride. The camper had been repaired and we wanted to get it back into the barn nice an cosy before we got any damage caused by the freezing ocnditons.

Welll done to the three people who turned out and did the circuits.

Thanks for the response. I shouldn't been so thick and should have tried Sowton too!. I'm hoping to make it tomorrow.

Having grizzled last week that you weren't there I now know I can't get to you in time tonight. Blame work - again!
