Yippee putting the clocks forward means there's DAYLIGHT, so no more riding round Sowton Estate. Its out in the sunshine on the Open Road to be shouted at by motorists.

Meet for a six p.m. start from Lucombe House (County Hall) for 20 miles of interval training along the Rockbeare Straight and beyond. For those who want to park up near to Middlemoor so they can swim after the ride you can meet up at the start of the cycleway immediately after the motorway slip road at the start of the dual carriage way out to Fairmile and Honiton (ie just after the motorway bridge).
