Ironman Bolton 2013

Hi Everyone, well its finally here and we are off to Bolton for the Ironman: Thanks to all the coaches at Exeter Tri and LANE 4 swimmers at Middlemoor for their help in my preparation.
I am also raising money for Hospiscare a local charity I am sure we have all heard of. If anyone would like to sponsor me it would be very much appreciated. They carry out fantastic work in the Exeter area and so many people have benefited from their amazing work and I am sure we all know someone has used this charity.

Congratulations to Jon, and to Rob Libby, our newest ETC Ironmen! Both completed IM Bolton yesterday in very respectable times. Well done, guys - you are an IRONMAN!
