With race season now underway, I hope this post finds you all fighting fit and ready to race.

However... should any club member feel the need for any little tweaks, post-race massages or full biomechanical screening to help you to race to your full potential, I would like to offer my services as a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist at a discounted rate.

As a budding triathlete and cyclist, I have first hand experience in triathlon and have specialist skills in treating back, shoulder and knee complaints which are commonly associated with triathlon.

I am able to offer evening and weekend appointments in an outstanding strength, conditioning and rehab facility in Exeter.

For any clients able to produce an in date ETC membership card prices are as follows:

Initial assessment (45mins) £30
Follow up appointments (30mins) £25

This equates to a £10 club discount on both initial and follow up appointments.
