Torbay Velodrome - support/opinions needed

Torbay recently decided to develop a cycling velodrome - which will almost certainly be amazing and a great resource to have nearby.

If anyone is really keen, there are going to be public meetings as well. They are at 6.00pm, 4 September, Paignton Town Community Partnership meeting, Baptist Church Hall, Winner Street, Paignton; and at 7.00pm, 5 September, Goodrington Roselands Community Partnership meeting, Torbay Leisure Centre, Goodrington. There will be quite a few objectors from the community partnership groups so it would be good if as many supporters can attend as possible.
