Thursday Evening Bike Ride

Yesterday evening's bike ride had 10 people out (OK - we lost one during the ride). The weather was great, the intervals pushed everyone. Helen punctured - again (and sorted it out almost on her own) and I managed to keep up (almost) despite giving blood a couple of hours before.

The format of intervals followed by a regroup (either stop and chat, or double back and chase) are working well, and with a bit more effort and less punctures you can get back to Middlemore in time for the swim session.
