Next Monday's Sea Swim (24th May) is ON Very Happy We have secured the services of Dawlish Lifeguards who have replaced our usual cover from Teignmouth Surf lifesaving Club who can't help this year.

So get yourself encased in rubber and come out. I expect some of us will be doing some short swims affraid and running out of the sea for a warm-up run on the beach Embarassed .

Please tell your group about the Hospiscare One-Mile Swim at Roadford Lake on the 25th September - hopefully the water will be a bit warmer by then!

You can register at www.onemileswim.co.uk, or the entry forms have just arrived - call 01392 688020 and we will send you some.

Will the swims still be at Teignmouth with the Dawlish lifeguards helping out, or have the moved to Dawlish?
