Turbo Run Session 4th June

Hi All

There will be a turbo/run session on Friday 4/6/10 at 6pm as well as a Track session, 8x800m.
You will need to bring Bikes, turbo, run and bike shoes and a drink

It only hurts a little

I still have your turbo from the last session. I'll be at swimming this thurs so will bring it then. If you won't be then I can drop over to your house one evening??
