Swim Training

Hi,

Im new to the club and the forum. Could someone please let me know abut swim training times and how i go about getting involved in them.

Monday night - either 7pm-8pm at Police HQ Middlemoor Pool or 7pm-7.45pm at Teignmouth for a sea swim.
Thursday Night - 8pm - 9pm at Police HQ again.

both sessions cost £1 for members

You will need to speak to Karen Gutans about getting a sports pass to be allowed entry to Middlemoor unless you are police staff and already have one.

For the sea swim you will need to get there for a little before the start to get your wetsuit on before 7pm, the club meet in the car park at the western end of the beach.
other kit to consider; large towel, goggles, swim hat

Hi Alex

I'm Karen, and I coach the pool sessions at M/moor.

Mondays are 7-8pm, and/or 8-9pm; Thursdays 8-9pm. Cost £1, and you'll need to bring a drink (so you don't become de-hydrated!).
